Abstract:
Scientific urban planning not only concerns the city's aesthetics and functional improvement, but also directly affects sustainable development, residents' quality of life, and economic vitality. Urban planning is crucial in urban development. International experience shows that scientific planning not only concerns urban aesthetics and functionality, but also directly affects sustainable development, residents' quality of life, and economic vitality. Since the 21st century, developed countries have increasingly integrated low-carbon concepts into their planning, and some have even introduced low-carbon urban development plans. On one hand, urban planning provides a clear framework for urban development, allowing rational allocation of land resources to avoid disorderly construction and waste. On the other hand, low-carbon planning serves as a roadmap for cities to achieve the "dual carbon" goals, clarifying specific paths to peak and neutralization, and implementing them across all aspects of urban development.
