PLC Research Fund

This is the 11th research fund that the PKU-Lincoln Center has granted to selected candidates who focuses on urban land use and policies, public finance and property taxation, property market and policies, urban transportation, urban environment and spatial planning syste, and urban infrastructure investment and financing. PLC has always prioritized the importance of empirical studies based on detailed materials and statistics, and topics about China’s new round of reform in particular this year. Domestic researchers and scholars of the above-mentioned areas may apply for the fund, and those who have just received their doctor’s degree in the last five years may be considered preferentially. The fund is 8,000 RMB each person for one year.

 

Scholarship of Dissertation Proposal

This is the 13th time that the PKU-Lincoln Center has granted scholarships of Dissertation Proposal to post-graduate students of the second grade and above, with an view of producing more talents in related areas. The applicants are required to sumbit their dissertation proposals (that have to be approved by their supervisors by the date of application), and should be full-time students of urban economics, land use and policies, urban and regional planning, public finance and property taxation, urban transportation, housing policies, environment policies and sustainable development. The scholarship is 3,000-4,000 RMB each person for one year.
